It's not how much time it's what we do with the time we have
There is a saying that we are born with our gift, and the best part of life is to pass it to others.

Being on a health journey, I want to be better today than I was yesterday. It starts with knowing I am worth it, and embracing the idea that every step forward, no matter how small, is still progress. Believing in yourself is a far better feeling than anyone else believing in you; they have themselves to elevate, and it is important to realize that self-belief is the foundation upon which personal growth is built. I am going to briefly describe myself (you can laugh, I will not know). I am average height, overweight; I call it a little fluffy, but I've learned to appreciate my body for what it can do rather than how it looks. Beauty is nothing I can brag about, and my health could be better; yet I am happy and look forward to every day, cherishing the little victories like cooking a healthy meal or going for a short walk, as they contribute to my overall sense of wellbeing. Each day brings new opportunities for growth and learning, and I am committed to taking those opportunities and using them to improve my physical and mental health.
